Q. Will my dress fit in this type of car?

A. Yes! The car has an extra wide front door and a flexible split front seat so the amount of leg room in the rear of the car is fantastic for a bride with any size of dress. The roof can also be lowered for even easier entry & exit of the car.

Q. What cars do you have?

A. We have a very cool fleet of new shape VW Beetle Cabriolets, all in cream/ivory with a matching cream leather interior. They also have cream leather tonneau (hood) covers for the triple cream effect. We also have a people carrier available for additional transport solutions.

Q. How do you arrive at the price for our wedding?

A. We will quote you based on the location of your wedding, in relation to us (we are based in Essex), and also take into account the amount of travelling involved, waiting time, date & day of your wedding, season and time of year. Please ask, we'll be happy to quote you.

Q. What extra's do you offer?

A. Your choice of ribbon/bow colour to suit your day, a chilled half bottle of champagne for the bride & groom, your choice of in car playlist to enjoy during the journey... whatever you have in mind, just ask!

Q. How do I pay a deposit, and how much is it?

A. We take a £100 desposit per car reserved. We accept cash, cheque, direct bank transfer or PayPal, so you can pay by any credit or debit card too. The balance isn't due until eight weeks prior to to your wedding, and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Q. Will the car be clean if you have travelled a long way to our event?

A. We always leave plenty of time to re-clean the car when we get to you, and each car has a cleaning kit which the driver will use before you even see us!

Q. What happens if we have a cabriolet and it rains on the day?

A. None of us can predict the weather, so we understand this question completely! Our cars have reliable, electric roofs which can be raised or lowered in less than 20 seconds. We also carry huge cream coloured umbrella's which the chauffeur will use to protect the bridal party from any inclement weather! We are also happy to travel to & from the venue with the roof up (to protect hair/veil/make up etc) and drop it just before we get there, to make a very cool big entrance..!

Q. How much space is there in the boot?

A. VW Beetle Cabriolets have famously small boots, so if there is something large to transport it may be best to arrange for this to go in someone elses car. General bags & flowers are absolutely fine.

Q. What about extra journeys?

A. It's important that you tell us your plans for the day at booking stage, so we can quote you accurately. Please don't put our staff in a difficult position by springing extra journeys on them on the day! Tell us about it before and you will be delighted at how affordbale extra trips can be. We are very flexible if you need to make changes to your plans at a later date, just keep us informed and we will always confirm changes back to you in writing.

Q. Are you fully insured?

A. We are fully insured as a wedding car carrier through Direct Chauffeur Line Insurance. We have fully comprehensive wedding car & special occasion cover. We also have the highest level breakdown cover available on each of our cars, alongside public liability insurance up to £1m. We are highly experienced, utilising chauffeurs with fantastic driving records and geat backgrounds and they will work very hard to make sure we add a little something extra to your special day, with no worries about transport!
